Description
“Lauriel and the Wave That Wouldn’t Die”
Deep in the ocean of Arvan, waves live. Each wave carries a memory, from a voice that once echoed on land to the laughter of a girl on the beach.
But one day, a wave named “Nuria” decided to die—because no one would listen to her anymore. That night, Lauril, the ocean’s librarian, heard the wave’s cry in the quiet pages of her book. Against the ancient law of the sea, she dipped her magic pen into the book and rewrote the last letters of “Nuria.”
In doing so, the wave came to life, but Lauril lost part of her memory. From then on, every time she learned something, a memory from her life was erased.
She decided to continue—recording all the stories the waters had forgotten, even if she forgot herself entirely.
